Ready to address
any of your concerns

To us, your needs come first. Additionally, we understand you don’t have the time or desire to do the work you are paying us for. That is why we attempt to handle as much of the workload as possible. We often request access to your online accounts, so we can take care of the document gathering process and save you time. We will accommodate you as best as possible so you spend less time chasing documents/information. We do all of the chasing for you, so you don’t have to.

The biggest resource we are short on is time. As such, we bill our clients based on the length of time projects take, allocated by the corresponding staff and activity they perform. Generally, we accrue our time spent on your projects and invoice you upon completion and delivery of such projects. We will accommodate our billing practices to adapt to your preferences and can also arrange flat-fee and/or recurring charges. We request that you provide us with your last year’s tax return in order to provide quotes. We often request retainer fees for new client engagements (based on the size of the engagement). Currently, we do not accept new engagements below a minimum of $800. We will be transparent with you during our engagement and notify you ahead of time if a project takes longer than our initial quote.

Yes! Financial advisors represent valuable team members in our process to work on your engagement. We will seek to maintain recurring contact with your financial advisor, involving them in the conversation when performing planning projects for you. We value financial advisors and the value they add to our engagements. We also encourage financial advisors to seek our counsel when tax matters arise. They often depend on us for guidance in tax matters and we always welcome their inquiries.

We are tax specialists, plain and simple. Our team members are highly trained in individual and business tax returns, but also in trust and estate tax returns. We have combined decades worth of experience in complex tax matters. Our team members have successfully filed and been granted IRS private letter rulings, performed multi-state 1031 exchanges, undergone sizeable Section 754 elections, filed and successfully defended large estate tax returns and their audit (Form 706), and more. We carry real-world experiences that we love to share and relate with our clients for a real impact and benefit.

Trust, reliability, compassion. We genuinely care about results and understand our value to you goes beyond preparing forms. You depend on us for guidance and we relish the privilege to be your trusted advisors. We develop deep and honest relationships with our clients, often lasting for decades! We take a proactive approach to keep you ahead of trouble. We try to share you all we know along the process, enabling us both to grow together along the journey.
